Other formats can be found in the Bahá’í Aotearoa article, Message marking bicentenary of the Birth of the Báb.

A cover letter for the message, written on behalf of the Universal House of Justice, stated:

As with the message sent to mark the previous bicentenary, [this message] can be presented at appropriate occasions associated with the approaching celebrations and be shared with those who might be receptive to its contents. As will be apparent, the message provides a context in which to consider the missions of the Báb and Bahá’u’lláh and the implications of Their appearance for humanity today. It examines themes and ideas that, just as previously, are sure to be explored in countless conversations over the coming weeks, as the friends determine to do all they can to respond to the opportunities before them at this time.

You can also read and download the message from the Universal House of Justice website or the Bahá'í Reference Library.
